A great side dish for a chicken main dish, especially for onion lovers.

    Recipe #33521

I posted this recipe as someone else was looking for a recipe that seemed similar. It's from Recipehound's Czech recipes.

    Recipe #33278

A great little recipe if you have some leftover chicken laying around. It's good just to buy to chicken to make this too.

    Recipe #32616

A good Czech recipe from "The Czechoslovak cookbook". Of course you've got to be a fan of sauerkrate (although the sour cream does take some of the bite out of it).

    Recipe #32100

This is originally a shrimp gumbo recipe, but it's gumbo, so you can add whatever turns you on. I always eat it with more than just a few dashes of Tabasco. I hope you like it.

    Recipe #32042

Maple syrup candy is so good, and so easy I was surprised nobody had submitted a recipe for it. This is just a quick one from a store cook book, but it is very good.

    Recipe #31640

Nice little summer side dish. I like with salsa, but whatever condiment you like to use would be good.

    Recipe #30894

Yet another stuffed pepper recipe. Hope you like it.

    Recipe #30751

Delicious home-made stroganoff, easy to make (despite the lengthy directions). Can be made fairly low fat by substituting egg-beaters, ground turkey (or lean gr. beef). and light sour cream. Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans.

    Recipe #30622

Extremely simple, and quick recipe. For vegetarians, this is good when you sub tofu for the shrimp. It's classified loosely as Asian I suppose.

    Recipe #30322

One of my favorites, most of the prep time is just refrigeration. Due to a review of my enchilada recipe, I must say if you are on a low fat diet, this is not for you. You can however sub low fat sour cream of course, and use lean beef which makes it a bit better. I've done it both ways and it's great.

    Recipe #30249

This is a delicious recipe, closest type of cuisine I can classify it as is Thai. Regardless, it's a great recipe, of course you have to really like peanuts. It is also good with tofu instead of chicken, just cube the tofu, and add to the peanut sauce directly. Enjoy!

    Recipe #30193

Being from the North West, I think it's almost a requirement to like salmon which I certainly do. This is one of my favorite recipes for salmon, very easy to make.

    Recipe #29743

Delicious eggrolls, good wrapped in a leaf of lettuce too. You can add pretty much any vegetables to it you want. I don't think I've ever made them exactly the same, but they're always good.

    Recipe #29706

Good dish, easy to cook. Great for potlucks.

    Recipe #29548

A recipe from my sister and her husband. Extremely simple but good. Not just for breakfast either, good as a side dish for dinner.

    Recipe #29518

Delicious Korean recipe, good summer food. I'm not Korean, so I can't promise the authenticity, but it's definately good. I've played around with the marinade quite a bit, but this is the best I think I've got it.

    Recipe #29385

What can you say? It's a meatloaf recipe :)

    Recipe #29111

This sure beats the old Campbells can of chicken noodle soup. You can adjust the amount of water you start with to make it more or less soupy. Just a cup either way makes a pretty big difference. If you haven't had chicken noodle over the mashed potatoes, trust me it's great. I like mashed potatoes with the peels, but in this recipe it's better without. Enjoy!

    Recipe #29006

If you've ever eaten Vietnamese food and not had this, you have been missing out. Very good and pretty healthy. I'm sure someone from Vietnam could critique this to death. I've had lots of Vietnamese food and this tastes pretty authentic.
