I saw this on her show and it looked soo good! Tried it this morning and my son went NUTS! You've got to try this!

    Recipe #392970

For those nights where you forget to marinde your chicken (or-like me- too lazy to do it) you can use this recipe to make some great flavorful chicken. In addition, it goes great with any simple lemon chicken marinade to add more "umpf" (I hate when you take a bite of the thicker part of the chicken and you can't taste the marinade like in the thinner parts- this way you get flavor throughout the meat!). Me, I like a little kick to my seasonings so I add a light dusting of cayenne pepper (a little goes a long way!) but it's optional and is still great without it!

    Recipe #374330

You won't be able to tell that these are even low fat!! Got it from America's Test Kitchen website. It's definitely worth trying. This is my only brownie recipe now!

    Recipe #332809

My son made his own quick snack idea that he'd like to share. It's quick and easy-and is fun to eat. All ingredients are not exact.

    Recipe #291119

This is a GREAT recipe for making a juicy chicken breast on the grill. The sauce has another great surprise with a kick of Dijon mustard to it! I found this recipe in Cooks Illustrated. Hope you enjoy! Time doesn't include marinading in the fridge.

    Recipe #235855

I've kind of made this recipe from combining a little bit of other recipes I've liked over the years. The measurements for soy sauce, oil, ginger and garlic are estimations. Add what you want to your own tastes. Cook time doesn't include making rice night before.

    Recipe #233690

In my search for perfectly, fluffy scrambled eggs I found out it's mostly based on technique then ingredients. Found this unique recipe that's made great scrambled eggs for me.

    Recipe #233672

My son loves this recipe, with it's mixture of chocolate and peanut butter! It's a nice twist to the original s'mores recipes. And easy too!

    Recipe #215958

This cheesecake is just enough to get you through your cravings, and so easy to make.

    Recipe #214955

This pork came out very tender and had an interesting taste, but very good.

    Recipe #213172

I found this recipe in a Low Carb magazine. It is perfect, since my son hates shellfish, and it makes a second serving for lunch the next day! It is so delicious!

    Recipe #210948

This is a great recipe which creates a juicy chicken with a crispy crust. The sauce is so delicious also! (but haven't tried it with the brandy or cognac-keep forgetting to buy it) I found this recipe in Cooks Illustrated.

    Recipe #210797

Got this recipe from Healthy Eating.

    Recipe #210784

When I was into eating the "Pritikin style" I'd cook this meal all the time. This was my favorite recipe in that book and I still cook it often.

    Recipe #210777

Someone from work brought these in for a group lunch. They are really delicious. It does make a big recipe, so you may want to cut it in half. It also freezes well.

    Recipe #209342

I got this recipe from a weight watchers meeting. It is so easy, filling, and delicious!

    Recipe #209340

Very simple chicken thigh recipe. You just throw it all into a pot and cook! It has a great flavor to boot.

    Recipe #209155

I got this recipe from Saveur magazine. First you make the dry rub, which is great on chicken, then use it in the barbecue sauce....yum.

    Recipe #205951

I LOVE Cooks Illustrated and I buy the magazine often. This is my favorite Chicken Fajita recipe. The only change I made was doubling the marinade so I can have extra juices for the chicken and veggies to soak in after they're cooked- it makes them even juicier! Hope you like it as much as I do. I also cheat by using a George Foreman Grill, where they suggest grilling it over charcoal.

    Recipe #204069

I found this recipe from Taste of Home Magazine and made it for a Christmas party I had. It came out moist and very flavorful, receiving many complements from my guests!
