This is a cut down and tweak from a oven fryed Chicken thing I've done. A nice shange from the sweet/hot usual bird

    Recipe #32176

What? Another chicken dish? A one and a half pot meal if you reheat the rice in the microwave. This also works great with chicken thighs--maybe better.

    Recipe #32154

An Appetizer submission for the Ready Set Cook The regrinding makes them fairly dense.

    Recipe #31496

Use up that polenta. This is one of my Ready Set Cook submissions

    Recipe #31313

This is another of my cook-aheads as it freezes well in single portion vac bags for boil-n-serve. Just slice and freeze with the gravy. The pressure cooker tenderizes a fairly tough chunk of meat.

    Recipe #30447

I don't remember where I found this but it's handy and tasty. I do this when the garlic is fresh and plump so I have some when the market doesn't. Good to cook with, just peel as needed.

    Recipe #30341

Old fashioned slow cooked baked beans. I do a batch and freeze portions in the Vac Bags for boil-n-serve. Great picnic dish almost main dish with the meatiness.

    Recipe #30012

A sort-of eastern rim chicken casserole. This is my take from taste memories of something my mom did long ago.

    Recipe #29981

This is one of those picnic/church supper things I picked up a long time ago. It slices well for Po-Boys. Lonnie lived in Louisiana.

    Recipe #29906

This is a tasty change combining sweet and bite. I was trying to market some sauces but the packaging cost was too high to sell liquids.

    Recipe #29852
