This comes from Better Homes & Gardens (celebrating the promise) I really like this chicken hope you do too! It has you broil it but I usually just bake at 350 for about 30 min. It also calls for 6 chicken breasts but can be reduced I usually only make about 3 due to my family size. Prep time is also marinating time.

    Recipe #300234

I like Chicken Cordon Bleu... but not as much as it likes to stick to my stomach, rear, and legs. I've created this healthier version to serve instead, and my family really enjoys it. I hope you do too!

I got this recipe from Practical Cooking Vegetarian I'm not a vegitarian anymore, but this is a good side dish, and it's pretty healthy too. It's very versatile and can be made with any vegetables that you have on hand. I use it as a side dish. It can be used as a main dish if you prefer.

I made this up for dining on a $ cooking contest. This is an Asian Inspired salad it was great for lunch! It's very simple to make. It uses inexpensive ingredients but is very tasty I hope you enjoy! Prep/Cooking time does not include refrigeration time which is optional at 30 minutes.

I submitted this recipe for RSC#12 These little chicken flowers can be used as a whole meal or served as an appetizer. They would be great to serve at a dinner party. With southwestern flavors this is great pared with corn or black beans.

    Recipe #317872

This is the first time EVER that I wrote down the measurements, and wrote the recipe down that I made up in the kitchen. My husband and kids really liked this quite a bit so I've made it a few times. I've never tried it as a marinade but I'm sure it would work well! I also have not tried just putting everything (except the butter) in a pan and baking but I'm pretty sure it would be great that way too! I really hope you enjoy as much as we do! Also we use thicker chicken breasts, not sure if that makes a difference or not.

    Recipe #294329

I was playing around in the kitchen today and came up with these pancakes. My family really loved them so I'm posting so I wont forget how I made them. We served them with sugar free syrup. My son and I had the left over's later plain for a snack and they were really good. If you happen to stumble across this recipe and decide to make, I hope you enjoy as much as we did!

This comes from The Pillsbury Doughboy's Kids Cookbook. This was my very first cookbook. This was my favorite drink from the book. I made it for my Home economics class. Recipe #290752

This recipe I got from Pillsbury Spring Get-togethers April/May 07 book. This is a very tasty dessert and it makes a beautiful presentation. It's nice to take to a potluck or party. The original recipe calls for crushed pretzels for the crust. After making and tasting the pretzels got a bit soggy. I felt it would taste better with a graham cracker crust. However, I have not tried the graham cracker crust yet. Either way I hope you enjoy!

    Recipe #300307

I found this on The Biggest Loser website. I wanted to put it in my cookbooks and thought I would share. Information about this recipe from the website. "Heather Hansen relies on this easy rollup to help toward her weight loss goal. To keep from getting bored with it, she alternates between making it with Jennie-O Turkey Store Extra Lean Ground Turkey and extra-lean beef. Though she generally eats the turkey naked, she prefers to spike it with 1 1/2 teaspoons of Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle Seasoning or other salt-free Mexican seasoning, which she mixes into the meat before cooking. Either way, it's a great option for a quick dinner."

    Recipe #274550

I'm posting this for my husband who does the Abs Diet. I changed it a little bit. It called for 10oz of canned chicken, and 8oz can of peas but I think fresh (or frozen) is better. Hope you like!
