    Adapted from a recipe in Redbook. The original recipe used Artic Char -- which I am not able to buy where I live -- subbed catfish and thick bread (challah, toasted) -- buns worked fine for us.

    We enjoyed this very much -- my son finished off the pan! Although this is a bit more work than regular mac n' cheese it is also a tad more healthier thant the reg recipes. No one will guess the secret ingredient is caulflower in this recipe. Recipe source: local newspaper which adapted the recipe from The Food Matters Cookbook.

    These were good basic meatballs added to veggies and noodles and another time added to spaghetti sauce. Adapted from Crusine At Home. The original recipe used 2 strips bacon which I skipped. I also used ground bison -- adding 1 T oil instead of ground beef.

    Adapted from recipe in WW magazine. the original recipe called for picholine olives (which I couldn't find) and pickled jalapenos (which I also couldn't find), so I made subs for both of these and it was a very good dish for dinner which we enjoyed. Only 4 points/serving!

    We loved these fish sandwiches -- but the fish will also be wonderful on its own (and then only 2 ingredients!) If making the fish sandwiches this is 9 points, but just the fish by itself will be a lot less (by about half the points!) Served these with tomatoes slices and pickles and tossed salad, but it will be wonderful with coleslaw and other sandwich fixings. Recipe source: Ww Points Plus Just 5 Cookbook.
