Made these with some Pillsbury piecrusts we had in the freezer for way past their time and these are great --- recipe says it makes 20 - we made 12, but also used a coffee mug for the biscuit cutter - so my coffee mug may have been bigger than the 3 inches recipe specifies. Also these freeze great! Recipe source: local newspaper
We loved this meatloaf which was printed in Redbook magazine. The original recipe says to shape it in a loaf and cook it on a cookie sheet, but we just put it in a loaf pan cooking for about the same amount of time. Served with baked potatoes and cooked carrots this is my idea of comfort food!
I really liked this dish - good and filling. It is 8 points plus/serving. Recipe source: WW magazine (not sure which issue). I used red lentils as that is what I had, but I am pretty sure brown lentils will hold up better in this recipe.
I really liked this bread--a great combination. I made in a a small loaf pan and and an individual serving loaf pan (which I store in the freezer for later). I mix WW flour with unbleached white which is what I used instead of some white and some whole wheat as indicated in the recipe. Recipe source: WW weekly (given out at WW meetings) 5 points plus/serving
We enjoyed this recipe very much but the original recipe came from WW I love Leftovers cookbook and half is supposed to be used for a second dish (chicken salad), but with my family who are not all weight watchers the salad was not made - they just devored the chicken and veggies. WW points plus is 6.
