This is my mother in law's standard dressing for Thanksgiving or any time she fixed turkey. It's really yummy. Most of the ingredients can be adjusted to your liking. We never put in the marjoram. Granny used to put in a soup base instead of broth. We cut out the liver and gizzards later, she used to put them all in the dressing. Etc., Etc., Etc. Enjoy!
This is a Filipino dish that I learned from a friend of mine. Any time she had a party, she served this dish. I think it is traditional party food in the Philippines. You can change up the ingredients (meats, veggies) anyway you like.
