These look so pretty when they come out of the oven. I got this recipe when I took a low fat cooking class years ago.

    Recipe #225183

Many years ago I got this in my electric bill around the holidays. I don't eat the crust when I have pumpkin pie, this way I get to enjoy the filling without wasting anything.

    Recipe #192767

    Mac and Cheese from scratch.

    Recipe #146560

My parents lived in Santa Fe, New Mexico before I was born and my dad learned to make these. He didn't follow a recipe, just threw things in the pot, so it took a bit of figuring out. Dad used to drive to a little town called Chimayo and get a special chili powder for making these, that is why there is such a wide gap of chili powder in the ingredients (Chimayo chili powder is pretty potent stuff). The fried egg on top is what really makes these unique.

    Recipe #89581

My kids really like these made with the tomato soup but it can be made with cream of mushroom soup too. These are pretty simple to make and the chops come out really tender. I usually serve these with rice.

    Recipe #89463

This is a simple and great tasting way to use up the abundance of garden tomatos.

    Recipe #88677

This is a dish my 8 year old son has made and asked me to post for him. He got it off the back of a store brand box of mac & cheese, and prepared it with ease on his night to cook.

    Recipe #87020

This is a very dense cheesecake with a very smooth and creamy filling. The crust tastes like a lemon cookie. This does take some time to make but very well worth the effort.

    Recipe #84074

This came from my Mom's 1940's version of Better Homes and Gardens New Cookbook. These are very fluffy unlike the pancakes you get from a box mix.

    Recipe #84070

I make this at the holidays and love the fact that it can be made ahead of time and frozen, then just pulled out and baked when needed.

    Recipe #83340

This is not for the weak of heart. But for those who like things spicy. The prep time includes the time it takes to marinate the meat.

    Recipe #83160

This can be doubled and tripled with the same great results.

    Recipe #83157

I love the ease of this recipe and my kids love the apples cooked in with the rice.

    Recipe #83155

I am always asked to bring this to parties around the holidays. I usually end up making 2 logs as they tend to go very quickly.

    Recipe #83153

I don't remember where I got this recipe from, but it makes a unique and flavorful side dish for pork.

    Recipe #83152

This is one of my family's favorites. It is so nice on a cold winters day.

    Recipe #83148

My son insisted on me posting this recipe. We found it on the back of a bottle of ketchup we got when we were traveling up in Canada last summer. Both of my kids love eating salmon cooked this way.

    Recipe #79282

For years my mom made canned yams and baked them with marshmallows on top. This was my first experience with fresh yams and I became a convert (no more canned for me!!!) It of course is a great side dish to turkey on Thanksgiving.

    Recipe #62935

This was always a family affair to make these cookies, mom would get all the ingredients together, dad would stir the dough by hand when it got too hard to mix, and I had the fun job of cutting up the gumdrops.

    Recipe #61938
