This is another of my family's favorite candy recipes that I always make for Thanksgiving and Christmas. These are so simple and easy to make but taste like you have slaved in the kitchen. These make great gifts, too!

    Recipe #199015

This is my family's all-time favorite candy recipe. But watch it; these are absolutely addictive! In our household, it is not Thanksgiving or Christmas without these around. This recipe was handed down to me by my dear mother-in-law. Please note I have made these with and without the paraffin, and the paraffin does give a better texture to the chocolate and aids in the dipping process, keeping the chocolate from becoming too thick. I also prefer to use the cinnamon graham crackers, but you don't have to. These make great gifts, too!

    Recipe #198965

This old-time yeast coffee cake recipe is "out of this world" good! I use the same dough recipe to make Cinnamon Rolls. It makes 3 small coffee cakes that will be gobbled up as soon as they come hot out of the oven!

    Recipe #198803

This is so easy and a great way to use up leftover chicken. However, this dish is so good, I have cooked the chicken many times strictly for this purpose!

    Recipe #198786

This technique gives real home-churned butter taste, but spreads easily. Use to spread on breads, sweet breads, pancakes, muffins, etc.-anything you would use butter for. This can also be put in pretty crocks, along with a decorative spreader and given as gifts.

    Recipe #198498

This is an old recipe I have made for many years. The recipe may sound a little strange, but the acid from the tomato and the oil from the avocado contributes to the chicken's incredible baked-in moistness and tenderness.

    Recipe #198496

Don't let simplicity fool you - this is absolutely delicious!

    Recipe #198493

I don't know where I got this recipe, but I have made this for years for my family as a regular "go-to" recipe. It is simple and delicious with a fantastic dark brown onion sauce. Coating the patties in a light dusting of flour makes for plump, juicy patties swimming in dark, rich onion sauce.
