If you thought naan was never something you could do yourself give this a try. I have made it multiple times with great success. Have fun mixing in other flavors you like and sopping up tasty sauces!
Adapted ever so slightly from budgetbytes.
Make-ahead and freeze these burritos for a quick, hot breakfast on the go. I make these on the smaller size using 6" tortillas, but that is just right for a quick bite on the way to work in the morning for us. I get 25-30 burritos depending on how well I distribute. You can re-size or add in favorite ingredients easily.
I originally found this in FoodNetwork magazine. We've made a few modifications, but it is definitely a keeper! Nearly all the ingredients are easy to keep on hand for when there's a bit of extra chicken that needs dressed up.
This is a quick and versatile recipe that is one of DH's favorites. I like it because it makes enough for two dinners and a lunch for the two of us. I like to serve it over polenta, but pasta or rice are great, too. It's happy in a slow cooker as well.
Not for the faint of heart (or maybe it would make your heart faint)! This is a recipe I adapted from Paula Deen. It can be modified further to be a bit healthier but I wanted to get this tried and true version down.
