I came up with this mash-up of ingredients while studying abroad. Ramen and canned tuna were some of the cheapest foods I could get my hands on (especially because they could be mailed!). Everyone I've had try this has enjoyed it, and it definitely hits the spot!
This is a recipe for stir-fry that I've played with over the years, and it's easily converted to vegetarian, or for use with whatever meat you prefer! I put down the veggies I prefer, but you can add whatever you want! Other veggies that are good in this are broccoli, bell peppers, and bean sprouts, to name a few.
One of my fraternity brothers brings this to every potluck, and I like it so much I begged him for the recipe! I can't believe it's so simple--you could probably add onions or other items if you'd like and it would be great, but I routinely eat my fill just of this!
