This is the base sauce I make in large quantity and then freeze. I often add things to the defrosted portions before use, and I also use it in various dishes, like lasagna. I created it myself. spices can be varied to desired taste. I often swap the sage listed here for rosemary.

this is the polenta I use in my polenta lasagna, I sometimes make a batch to firm and toast to serve with other dishes as well, so thought I'd share the recipe seperately. sometimes I replace the sage with rosemary. for lasagna I use 2 13*18 pans and spread it very thin

This is a yummy Passover dish that can be made year round.

    Recipe #279877

This is a simple soup, a nice clear broth soup with almost negligible calories if made without noodles, and if they are added, a filling meal of its own. Mom used to make it, but I've modified it a bit over the years

    Recipe #279638

This sauce is yummy and spicy, easy to adapt and quick to put together. It can be poured over pasta or add some extra water (per recipe) and rice and cover it and leave it simmer to make a rice goulash.

    Recipe #202091

These are yummy in any variation (I have altered the spices, added other fruits, removed the apples completely, etc...)

    Recipe #202029

This is my moms passover recipe.. yummy, easy, and gets lots of rave reviews. Light as air and melt in your mouth. Cooking time includes time in oven after it is turned off.
