I got this recipe from Fiber One's web site. Yum! Healthy and Good. Works well either way. 1 serving = 1/2 cup. Cooling time included in cooking time.

    Recipe #350388

This recipe actually came from the side of a bag of Jasmine rice. My family likes it well enough that it has become a semi-regular, quick and easy weeknight meal. As written, it has a nice kick, but won't melt your head. Adjust the cayenne pepper to your liking.

    Recipe #307399

    Recipe #307088

This is the best accompaniment to meat (especially beef) that we have ever had. We first had it at Delmonico's Steak House in Vegas (it was served with my husband's steak, and we were all dipping our food on his plate!) Anyway, I found the recipe on Emeril's website and almost always have a supply here on hand. Super simple to make and WAY preferable to bottled steak sauces.

    Recipe #303138

    Recipe #288374

Proper potato gnocchi: No, you don't use instant spuds; and Yes, you need a potato ricer. From Fine Cooking #90, Laura Giannatempo.

    Recipe #288096
