    1 Reviews |  By MISSIB

Although it is quicker to buy bread crumbs already seasoned, sometimes I like to put my own touch to them.

When I had left over Chili my kids wanted this dish. You can also make it in little Frito Corn Chip Bags (just cut open one side of bag pour Chili over corn chips, dot with sour cream, give them a plastic spoon) and they are good to go. No muss no fuss. They are sold like that at country fairs.

I used the "I can't believe it's not butter" Mediterrean style margarine for (2nd ingred) listed and I used bacon instead of pancetta and served it with a tossed green salad.
