Although it is quicker to buy bread crumbs already seasoned, sometimes I like to put my own touch to them.

I had these once when I was in the hospital and been making my version of them ever since. Best part is they are not fattening.

When I had left over Chili my kids wanted this dish. You can also make it in little Frito Corn Chip Bags (just cut open one side of bag pour Chili over corn chips, dot with sour cream, give them a plastic spoon) and they are good to go. No muss no fuss. They are sold like that at country fairs.

Here is another for Worldwide for ZWT3 but I have made this and it was delish. Easy to make the only thing I left out is the hot red pepper flakes as I can't eat "Hot". I also used both green and black olives. I served with a simple tomato/feta salad and rice pilaf. QUICK, EASY AND DELISH!

    Recipe #225414

This is a Ukrainian recipe popular during Lent Makes a colorful presentation. You may use canned beets drained to save time and still it will taste great. Easy to make, delish to eat. (I used vegetable oil) (from World Wide Chefs)

This is another possibly for ZWT3. It is not my recipe and I don't know who gave it to me but I made this quite awhile ago and will keep this on hand. It's is delish and was easy for me to make. I used the "I can't believe it's not butter" Mediterrean style margarine for (2nd ingred) listed and I used bacon instead of pancetta and served it with a tossed green salad.

This is my version. I think they are good hot or cold and they are not fattening. I have used regular size muffin tins and also smaller bite size tins so adjust your recipe accordinly as well as cooking time. Also you may use type of cheese and amount for your taste buds.

    Recipe #234479

Classic Cuban Desserts. You could eliminate the rum but then it wouldn't be authentic. From Worldwide recipes to also be tried at a later time.

Another Polish recipe from Chef Worldwide recipes entered for ZWT3. Again have not tried as yet, but will asap. My Polish girlfriend makes this and states that it is good. We shall see, NOTE: I know it seems like a lot of steps but it sure sounds tasty.
