I got this recipe off of the back of a bag of frozen chicken breasts. It was really easy, but tasted very "gourmet". I know you will enjoy it as much as we did. The original recipe called for a 8 oz. can of tomato sauce, but I used the bigger can to make it more saucy.

    Recipe #320495

This is the cool and creamy sauce that usually is served as a condiment on Greek Gyro sandwiches. The recipe calls for the thicker, Greek Yogurt, also called, "Greek Cheese". If you can't find this type of yogurt, you can use plain, regular yogurt from the grocery store. But in order to get the sauce to the desired thicker consistency, you need to suspend the yogurt in a cheesecloth for a couple of hours to drain some of the water off. If you don't mind it moderately runny, you can just make it as is and it is still delicious, just a little more messy. Recipe #304166

This is a recipe I just made up, after being inspired by my friend's daughter's odd habit of eating hamburger with Italian dressing on it. This recipe is a great one to play around with. you can adjust seasoning or amount of dressing. Be creative.

    Recipe #203004

This recipe was actually made up by a quadriplegic guy that I used to care for when I was a private duty nurse. He would sit in his wheelchair in the kitchen and dictate every thing I was to do (even though I knew how), so that he felt like he was doing it all.

    Recipe #202939

This recipe came from one of the American Girl's Cookbooks. Specifically it is from the "Molly" book, from the era of WWII. It is the best meatloaf recipe I have found to date.

    Recipe #455690

This recipe comes courtesy of one the American Girls cookbooks. Specifically it comes from the Kirsten one and so is Swedish themed. Several of these recipes from all of the books are all time favorites of mine so I will post them here. Rice porridge, known as "Skansk grot" in Sweden, made pioneer settlers feel at home in America. This is a wonderful comfort food for a sickie or just for a rainy day.
