I remember this from when I was a kid... so, so good! It was always on the buffet table at the MAC Club in Portland, OR when we would go there on special occasions. My Mom recently gave this to me, but I have yet to try it on my own so prep time is an estimate and I really am not sure on the cooking time so I left it blank.
I love focaccia bread and I love dried pineapple. So what could be better? I found this recipe on the back of a package of Mariani Tropical Pineapple. Storing recipe here for safekeeping. Times are an estimate.
I found this recipe on relishmag.com. I haven't tried it yet but it sounds really good. I'll be making it with skim milk. Substituting peaches or pears for the apple would be good too. Time is estimate.
Beginners try this! Make sure to use really fresh lemons for the sauce. For those not familiar... deglazing a pan is done by adding any liquid (like wine, stock, or water) to the pan after sauteing or roasting meat and scraping all the caramelized drippings off the bottom of the pan while bringing the liquid to a boil. This recipe can easily be doubled, tripled, etc. Times are estimates.
This makes a tasty breakfast or skip the chocolate sauce and top them with heated apple pie filling and whipped cream for a yummy dessert! Try them as belgium waffles!
Time to make is estimate and is all listed as prep.
If you like mushrooms, this is the soup for you. The keilbasa adds an extra richness to the flavor. I imagine it would also be a good one in a crock pot for the day while your busy doing other things. YUMMY, so good on a cold day!
Given to me by a co-worker, this salsa is just a bit different than any other I've ever tried. When you taste it, it has a bit of sweetness at the beginning and than packs a punch of heat at the end. This recipe makes a small batch (not sure of the servings--sorry!) WARNING: IT'S ADDICTIVE!
A co-worker shared this recipe with me. It's really, really good and very simple. Great on the grill or under the broiler. Delish! The marinade is wonderful on all types of meats. Prep time includes minimum marinating time. ENJOY!
Active work time is an estimate since I haven't tested this one yet, but it sounds yummy (and easy). I got it off of the back of a package of white chocolate baking chips. If you try it, please let me know what you think.
This recipe comes from a neighbor we used to have. She'd bring it to all the neighborhood gatherings. VERY YUMMY! Having said that... I haven't tried actually making it yet, so if you decide to try it, let me know what you think.
