I saw this as a Margaret Fulton recipe in a magazine but it wasn't quite what i wanted to make for my mothers day dinner so after looking at the recipes on zaar i've come up with my own version! Enjoy this served with mashed potato, green beans and baby carrots -
This is a recipe my mum used to make for us on winter nights - her mum made it for them so its almost a tradition! - Is wonderful with ice cream or cream and is easy enough for a weeknight family dessert but fancy enough for a dinner party dessert too!
This is a recipe that i have made for the last few summers - I've had it in my cookbook for so long i don't remember where it came from - I think it might be from SFI - they also suggest trying it with Greek yogurt and leaving out the nuts if you want to reduce calories or replacing the chicken and mango with cooked prawns and ripe peaches - enjoy!
I found this recipes years ago on the Baileys website and it is remembered fondly by all my family and friends as "that delicious cheese cake with the baileys that you don't make often enough!" - served with whipped cream and chocolate curls this is a great treat
This recipe has been passed down from my grandmother to my mother and to me - and it makes the yummiest easiest truffle you could wish for - these never last longer than 2 days in our house - they have a very subtle coffee flavour so they are a favourite of everyone who tries them!
