A guilt free treat as all the ingredients are healthy...in my opinion anyway;)The chocolate freezes and makes a thin shell over the banana and it almost has the texture of ice cream inside. I was skeptical at first but I love these. Found on The primal martini website via Pinterest. Too easy not to try only 3 ingredients!

    Recipe #514158

A delicious nutty cereal with no grains, fills you up. Inspired by girl gone primal and comforting eats. Makes a large batch of cereal. Input for calorie count:)

I got this recipe from the breeder we got our sweet lil' beagle pup "Fisher" from. She told me commercial dog treats are full of fillers and will give your dog bowel problems. When she told me how to make these I thought yuck, but she promised me that your dog will do anything for them and boy was she right! We got fisher at 8 weeks old and we have had him for only 2 weeks and he will sit, heel, lie down, shake a paw and rollover all with the help of these treats!!! Fisher looooves these he can't get enough and so will your dog. As a huge bonus they are cheap and healthy for your dog, full of iron and protein.

A nice change from regular hamburgers(probably healthier too)I made this recipe once to test it out,and my husband loved it so much it's now one of his favorite meals. Also good instead of mayo is tzatiki sauce,I can buy it at safeway in the deli section.

    Recipe #204643

These are a great low cal breakfast food, also really good for someone on a low carb plan...great with eggs really nice flavour.

    Recipe #204451

low calorie version of a nomally high calorie dish(but tastes so good your tastebuds won't believe the calorie count!) I usually make a double batch of the sauce and freeze it, then the next time I make this I only have the chicken and pasta to prepare.Great recipe, even my finicky husband and child will eat this!

    Recipe #204449

Don't let the simple sounding name of this brushetta fool you, it tastes fantastic and looks gourmet. I made this for cChristmas eve last year for appetiziers. It was such a huge hit, I'm making it again this year. I did a little tweaking on the recipe but, I'm doubling this recipe for Christmas this year.
