This is so quick and easy! No more hard to make Chili Relleno for me! This is the only way to go ! I chop up fresh onions, tomatoes, bell peppers and mix with some Cilantro (Gourmet Garden Herb Blend) and Salsa Verde ( 7 ounce can Herdez, sold with the Mexican products in the grocery) to top each serving and serve with chips.

Recipe I found was very make it all from scratch....I go for the use what you can buy and go from there ! ...and we think the result is ONE GREAT SANDWICH! Hope you do, too !

    Recipe #454621

This Recipe came from Sandra Lee on the Food Network. With a few changes of my own. Be sure to cook the hash in cast iron skillet.

    Recipe #453515

The cheese and a flour-and-milk mixture keep this soup creamy. A great soup to keep warm in the Crock Pot for a "Come and get it when you are ready" dinner. Leftovers are great reheated, but I bet you don't have much for that. I made a few changes to this recipe, original from Cooking Light, September 2004

    Recipe #444372

Still working on that Diet thing - but refuse to give up my favorite Holiday dishes.

    Recipe #441511

I loved Chicken Paprikash, but hated the bones! So changed a few things in the recipe to make it easier to make and enjoy. This tastes even better as leftovers after the flavors have more time to blend, just don't forget to add with the Sour Cream and a little dried dill. (Fresh Dill if you have it)

    Recipe #441443

Recipe from Mario Batali - Simple Suppers- Cooked on the grill and assembled quick and easy!

    Recipe #438683

Turned out mighty tasty! Combined several recipes to get one we thought we might time maybe a little more kick.

    Recipe #428852

This recipe was so different we had to try it - Turned out so great we want to share it! Sweet with a Kick - or was it a Kick with a little sweet? Either way it was delish! NOTE: You will need 6 to 8 chunks of cherrywood, applewood, or hickory wood. NOTE:Be sure to set aside 2 1/2 teaspoons of the rub mixture to be used in the mop sauce and the Caribbean Rum Sauce. NOTE: I could not find "mango nectar" - so I used a can of Sliced Mangos in Mango Juice and smashed the mango slices to make a chunky "juice" .

    Recipe #423098

I was given this recipe by my friend Ramona while we were at F. E. Warren AFB, Wyoming. She also called it Mock Stuffed Cabbage. I have made it with various ground game meats and ground turkey, too, and it turns out great every time. Tonight I am making it with Crushed Stewed Tomatoes. You can also make this with Spicy-Hot Tomato Juice instead, or Tomato Soup. It is good each way, Ramona said you just use what you have on hand. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

    Recipe #366121

The original recipe came from but I changed it a little to make it more "diet friendly". Sometimes I leave out the "optional" caraway seeds since I don't really care for them that much. I like to use 1/4 cup orange flavored dried cranberries (craisins) and 1/4 cup golden raisins. Be sure to plump whichever you use in the 3/4 cup of water in the microwave just short of boiling before adding.

    Recipe #361546

This recipe from CDKitchen for Heavy Cream Substitute serves/makes 1 cup, I got tired of looking for this everytime I wanted to make something that called for Heavy Cream, so posting it here where I know it will be when I need it next time--!

    Recipe #357873

The original recipe came from Real Simple. It called for crushed Corn Flakes and cod. Since I don't have the cereal I substituted Panko and no cod, so substituted locally caught Halibut. We used the Parmesan-"Butter" as a sauce drizzled over the fish and the veggies we served with it. We were thrilled with the results.

    Recipe #356705

Fix this Christmas Eve and have a wonderful Breakfast ready to go in the oven Christmas Morning. I melted in the microwave equal amounts of butter and Apricot Marmalade to serve as a "Syrup" to pour over this when served. The original recipe came from Cooking Light, with a few changes, we fixed it more to our liking - and love the way it turned out.

    Recipe #345974

Come on - who needs all the extra stuff - just put that turkey in the oven and cook it!

    Recipe #338977

Used Multi-Grain Stuffing Mix by Fresh Gourmet - this turned out great with Coy's first ever smoked turkey. Served with Pan Gravy. YUM!

    Recipe #338945

Never felt Sweet Potatoes needed anything else to make them sweet. I usually figure about a half of a sweet potato per person.

    Recipe #325786

I got this recipe from a friend when we were stationed at Carswell Air Force Base in Fort Worth, Texas - and we have loved it ever since! Now - trying to cut the calories, just a little - too good to give up!

    Recipe #325755

This recipe came from the Junior League of New Orleans - changed a little to make it "fit better" in my diet - it is just too good to give up!

    Recipe #325752

This combination came from a friend, Linda Stephen's Pound Cake and Julie Benge's Fruit served at a Carswell Air Force Base brunch. Just wonderful - and great when fresh fruit is not available!
