These meatballs are my grandmother's famous recipe. She makes them all the time at big gatherings and they are a delicious alternative to fattening regular meatballs. I thought I would share this great recipe with you all. I am not sure exactly how many meatballs this makes. It does make quite a lot though. You can certainly scale this recipe down, or freeze the meatballs for later meals.
This recipe is quick because you cook the potatoes in the microwave and then finish them in the oven. The unique thing about this is putting garlic and onion powder on the skin of the potato to give the skin great flavor. The inside is nice and creamy while the outside is crispy and flavorful. I make these once a week.
Oatmeal is a healthy, warm and delicious breakfast and this is my favorite way to prepare it!UPDATE. I have recently started adding banana and almonds to my oatmeal instead of raisins. It is absolutely delicious. I replace the applejuice with water in that case.
