I had some blueberries (which I don't really care for) starting to go mushy. Feeling guilty for not eating them (they're so healthy after all), I decided to try making some sort of cobbler-like thing with them. OH MY GOODNESS was it ever delicious! The ingredients might be a little odd, but I was working with what I had on hand :)

    Recipe #394529

An easy way to make regular boxed stuffing a little more festive -- and pack a nutritional punch as well

    Recipe #339895

Hungry and short on groceries, I came up with this delicious sandwich that is a real keeper! This one will really fill you up!

    Recipe #333716

A throw-together meal inspired by Stroganoff on a day when I had too many veggies and no sour cream! Yummy! Throw in any veggies you have on hand, and amounts are estimated. This would very easily adapt to a crockpot; just brown the beef then throw everything except the noodles in, stir well, and cook on low for about 8 hrs. Make the noodles just before serving.

    Recipe #321354

Something I threw together when I was given some fresh tomatoes out of a neighbor's garden. Delicious! If you bake this, put the tomatoes over a muffin pan so they can drain into the muffin cups, or they'll be very watery. We prefer the corn hot but the tomato crisp and raw. This recipe can be easily made vegan by subbing margarine for butter or leaving it out altogether, and skipping the cheese.

    Recipe #317244

OK, so I couldn't think up a good name. I came up with this on the spur of the moment and we all loved it -- even the veggie haters of the family ;) Amounts are approximate; I really just tossed everything in there, so adapt to your tastes! Oh, and if Broccoli Slaw isn't available in your area, sub shredded veggies of any type or just regular cole slaw mix (without dressing)

    Recipe #304835

From CookingFor2 magazine: You can't go wrong with these cute tarts with their chocolaty whipped filling. They're so yummy that you'll want to split the third one between the two of you! "This recipe is as easy as it is delicious," notes Tina Wooten of Brandon, Florida. I must say I agree with Tina! These are awesome! My husband, who has never given ANYTHING a rating higher than four stars, gave these TWELVE stars. OUTSTANDING!

    Recipe #283117

This twist on Chicken Cordon Bleu was inspired by having the wrong ingredients at the right time! It was a delicious "mistake" that will be repeated often in future!

    Recipe #283111

This is the easiest and best tasting meatloaf I've ever had. My family loves it too! It's extremely versatile. To easily add variety, try varying the sauce used in and on the meatloaf -- use ketchup for traditional, but you can use just about anything else! I've listed this with my favorites flavor. This makes an excellent OAMC or freezer meal as well. Finally, it can even be cooked in the crock pot instead of the oven, on high, for about 3-4 hours or on low all day. Don't add any liquid.

    Recipe #260121

Sometimes the simplest recipes really are the best. May add a bit of cayenne pepper before baking the wings if you really like it hot!

    Recipe #254438

Wanted to find a way to use leftover mashed potatoes, read a few recipes and then made this one up. It was delicious!

    Recipe #249315

I use this mixture to bread just about any type of meat. It's very forgiving and versatile, and helps to create a good gravy with the drippings as well. All the amounts are approximate -- I really just dump 'em in until it looks right!

    Recipe #232021

Cheesy, tomatoey and with a bit of a kick! Add a bit of diced jalepeno or extra pepperjack cheese if you want to heat this up a notch.

    Recipe #215682

Came up with this easy recipe when looking for something just a little bit different. Smells divine while cooking, tasty and comes together quickly. Although I used macaroni noodles, any kind of pasta you like can be used. Enjoy! *Tip - To easily cut up boneless chicken, partially freeze it first and use a sharp smooth (non-serrated) knife.*

    Recipe #215681

This is a quick weeknight throw-together meal that is very tasty. Any type of inexpensive beef will do, even ground. All amounts are approximate.
