This can be served a lovely entree/first course or even as one big salad. If you like you substitute the smoked trout with smoked salmon, but personally I think the trout is just that bit more special.
This is such a great and quick mid week dinner to prepare. I like to use Lee Kum Kee's Black Bean Garlic Sauce, but any black bean sauce will do. Also you can substitute the pork with ground/mince chicken if you prefer.
An oldie revisted actually great dinner party food because you can do all the prep work beforehand and leave in the fridge until it's ready to go in the oven. It's especially nice served with my Tuscan Peas recipe #28750
