This is one of the best recipes for pork tenderloins. If you love smoked food and like to use a sweet wood to smoke with you will also love this recipe. I made this by mistake one day when I was smoking a tenderloin. The problem was that I had nothing to use as a mop sauce. Also all people who use a smoker should know cooking time will vary I smoke mine long enough to cook the food and add the smoke flavor to it. So I'm not going to add at what time you should turn the meat or how long you should cook it for.

    Recipe #381520

This recipe can be made three ways first way is a crock pot if you want the full apple flavor and the meat to melt in your mouth. The other two ways I'm going to post also the oven apple pork and last smoked apple pork. My pick 3 year old loves these meals along with the rest of my kids. Now you can use store bought apple sauce or homemade with this recipe. Here is my recipe now I make this cause its cheaper and my kids love it a lot I've used it for just about everything that calls for tomato sauce from deep dish stuffed pizza to spaghetti, raviolis. Now you can make this with or without meat. If you make your own tomato sauce from fresh tomato's then use that instead of the canned stuff I use. Also you can use fresh onions or onion powder and the same goes for the garlic

This is a good recipes if you like thick chewy tortillas. They where a little thick for tacos or fajitas for my family but we did use them another time for a thin pita bread for gyros and they worked great for that. We have also used them to make mini Mexican pizzas that the kids love.

I see there I see there are a lot of jerky recipes here but they all seem to lack on thing to make jerky you have to cure it. This helps flavor and tenderises the meat a little more it also lets you "Jerk" the meat. Jerky is easy to make and the rule is marinaded it like how you like your steak and you should not go wrong.

This B.B.Q sauce is so easy to make and to tweak to they way you like you will never buy B.B.Q sauce in a bottle again. You can add or or less ingredients in it if you'd like to change the way it tastes. I've added other ingredients like red pepper to make it spicy or you can add more liquid smoke to it or sugar the taste is really up to you but the recipe I'm giving to you is a good base to go off. I've only used one kind of beer to make it but I guessing that different beers will make it taste different also the beer I used was some cheap Keystone light.

This is a great recipe for your Dutch oven. My family loves it and it comes out as tender as a roast in a crock pot. If you have the time play with the B.B.Q sauce recipes it can be made the way you like you B.B.Q sauce sweet, smokey or spicy.
