I found this on the Whole Foods website and will be trying it tonight. I have been dying to make a peanut butter pie that I could enjoy but not being able to eat dairy products really limits the peanut butter pie recipes to try. Plus I am not a huge fan of cool whip.
Found this recipe in the slashfood blog. It was adapted from http://creativegan.net/news/archives/tortilla-de-patatas-sin-huevo/. It looks so lovely and I cannot wait to make it. Will post more notes once I have had a chance to cook it.
Taken from the blog spot neverbashfulwithbutter. My brother found these and wanted me to make them for him, sounds interesting and the flavors may really work together, I wanted to put them on here to obtain nutritional info and to share the yummy weirdness.
From Thanksgiving edition of Martha Stewart Living 2007. Had to post for safe keeping and am going to try this for Thanksgiving. This is the biscuit recipe to make the dressing but I bet they are yummy by themselves as well.

Notes from magazine: Crumble the cornbread and biscuits and let them dry overnight. To toast the pecans, spread on baking sheet and bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
