    I'm scared of what this will look like when the nutritional value posts, but I don't care. These beans are awesome. It's funny, because when I make them people always ask what's in them. After I list the ingredients, they say something like, "Oh, that's just like MY recipe. Except, mine doesn't have molasses. Or pineapple. Or mustard." ...How could you not think: "well, then I guess it's not just like your recipe!" What it all comes down to is: it's not like you recipe, and you won't be sorry you prepared it and brought it to your next BBQ!

    Er, it's not really a brownie. I hope that hasn't thrown you off or anything. This is my all time favorite burger that was served at Sanfords, before they removed it from the menu and looked me strangely when I tried to describe it. Oh, well, I won't let the man get me down.     From one of the Taste of Home magazines, slightly modified. The initial recipe made food for 8, but I scaled it in half for 2 of us and leftovers. I like to use a Scarborough fair array of spices on the chicken and bake it before continuing with the recipe. If you do that, make sure you bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes.

    Such flavorful steak - every bite sings as you chew. Two things about the ingredients: 1) I use ground herbs and spices because I can't afford to keep the fresh stuff around. I posted "fresh stuff equivalents" just in case. 2) I like my noodles completely cooked, all the way I don't like al dente. So if YOU like al dente, be sure to adjust the cooking time of your noodles. I got the marinade from Food Network's "Healthy Appetite with Ellie Krieger"
