I've had this recipe for three years. If I remember right the person who gave it to me said it came from a newspaper article from Seattle Washington. I love this recipe. Just be careful not to make this when you're really tired. Worst cooking disaster was misreading 1/2 tea sugar for 1/2 cup. Talk about yuck! Cooking and prep time is just a guess. It's been a good year since I made this last.
This is my great grandma's recipe.
I don't can so I never tried this, but I thought I'd share.
I have no idea on prep time or cooking time.
Ignore prep and cooking time listed.
I don't know how many jars it makes. If someone tries this, please let me know how long it took and how many jars you got out of it.
I got this recipe out of a cook book I borrowed from my MIL and have no idea which one any more. I had never heard of lime squares before, and felt adventerous. Boy was I pleasently suprised! These were wonderful! My husband wasn't sure about them because it had pecans in it, but he loved them too! Prep time is just a guess. I never timed myself and haven't made this since Christmas.
I love this recipe. I never had blueberry pie before and neither had my DH. He took one bite and said it tasted as good as cheese cake! (Very high compliment from him!) I've had the recipe a long time and don't know where I got it from.
I found this recipe on the side of a Libby's whole kernel corn can. It sounds yummy, but I'll probably never make it myself because my family doesn't eat chilies. I figured I might not be able to enjoy this recipe, but someone else might!
Very simple and tasty, yet very lazy way to make pork chops or pork steaks. I make this about once a month or so. As often as my husband will let me get away with before he starts to complain. For pork steaks or more chops you might have to use an extra can of soup. I might be weird but I just love pork chops fixed this way!
(Tastes better if the pork chop has some fat on it.)
I haven't tried this yet, but some things you can just tell will be yummy! This recipie doesn't call for milk and can be made with orange sorbet to make this a lactose free beverage. I found this recipe in the Moore local newspaper. Tampico can be found in gallon jugs in the cooler section with the fruit juice. I have found it at Crest and Wallmart.
