Made in what we refer to as Iron Chef whats in the pantry. The Pear and Bria pair well with the whole wheat tortilla and the cinnamon adds spice. Feel free to add sugar if your pears aren't sweet or to your taste
Eric and I created this when during our Iron Chef whats in the pantry challenge. It can be an appy or a main course. All measurements are approximate it was more of a eyeball it situation. Also we served it with spicy pita chips made by baking the sliced pita topped with McCormick roasted garlic spice. You can also use frozen broccoli
How can you not love the combo of peanut butter and marshmallow cream, yum. I saw this site linked from my fav blog Slashfood
See note on filling
I got this from the Rachael Ray TV show site. I changed the topper to Paula Deen's biscuit recipe because it is so yummy. If you want to save yourself a lot of work buy the rotisserie chicken at the grocery store and sub in good store bought stock. I doubled the recipe for Christmas dinner and served 8 with tons of leftovers.
I made this in individual ramekins for Christmas dinner with Roasted veggies on the side
This is my friend Eric's creation , I love it its full of fresh veggies and shrimp. It is named after the square in Charleston SC where the Farmers market is held. It was entered in the Southern Living cookoff , no winnings but yum none the less
