A layered dish consisting of white potatoes, sweet potatoes and a maple cream sauce. This is from a local restaurant that got so many requests for the recipe that they posted it for everyone to use.
Try it and you won't be disappointed. I use a mandolin to slice the potatoes.

Breaded boneless chicken chunks, with artichoke hearts and musrooms. Doused with Good Seasons salad dressing. This is a versatile dish. You can add broccoli, green beans or peas if desired. Serve with rice and your good to go. Relatively easy to prepare and lots of taste. This has been around for a while and I was surprised no one else had posted it. If there is another version, let me know.
This is a simple mac and cheese recipe that never fails to please. Not too dry, just right. You can tweak it with cayenne or anything else to make it "your own". The only thing that's a must is Velveeta cheese.
