This soup can be on the table in 10 minutes, and is super filling. This is also very versatile. If you would want to add a can or some frozen corn, throw it in! Throwing in a handful of rice when starting is not a bad option, either!

    Recipe #259711

I believe this recipe came from my mother.I recently took it to a mom and child gathering @ a local park, and when I said that it's a good way to get the kids to eat veggies, all of the moms said they were keeping it for themselves! It is a wonderful and moist cake, and you never even know that there is there!

    Recipe #97382

This recipe came from Cook's Illustrated. They have tried many versions of this recipe and concluded with this delicious recipe. I made it for Easter this year and it got rave reviews. I changed the crust from animal crackers (which they thought worked best) to a shortbread crust. The homemade lemon curd is optional, but well worth the effort and very tasty! Do not let the lengthy directions scare you off. I PROMISE it is well worth the effort!! Had I not made this myself, I would have sworn it was purchased- it was THAT good!!

    Recipe #91585

When I got married, my sister made a recipe book of her favorite tried and true recipes. Nine years later I find that it is the book I most often pull off the shelf. This yummy treat was among them....

    Recipe #86869

This recipe was handed down from my great-grandmother. I'm not sure when traditional marshmallow krispie treats came on the scene, but this recipe could have preceded it! These are what I grew up on. I do not like marshmallows, so I find this recipe to be perfect. You can also top with melted chocolate if you like. Original recipe calls for 1 cup sugar, but I found it to be too sweet, so I cut it in half. You may wish to add more.

    Recipe #86822

This unusual recipe came from my sister. Goes together quickly. I like the unique twist of pudding. You'd never know it's there, but maybe it makes them a bit more moist. A very easy recipe to whip up. I have even made these up the night before and put in fridge to bake off in the AM.

    Recipe #79995

These meatballs quickly will become a requested item at all of your parties! The unusual addition of gingersnaps gives a great zippy flavor. My mom has used this recipe for nearly 20 years, and it's always a hit! Served with rice and a veggie you have a complete meal!
