This is a sesame-free hummus that I make for a friend with allergies. It is a huge hit. You can either use pitted kalamata olives, or for a more intense flavor, you can buy black olive paste at most mediterranean groceries. Marmarabirlik salted black olive paste is my favorite.

    Recipe #418407

This comes from the Feb 10 issue of Real Simple. I haven't made it yet, but doesn't it look yummy?? A note they made-mash the potatoes with some of the cooking water instead of butter and milk to reduce calories and fat.

If you hated to throw away that delicious fruit from the Sangria recipe, here's a very tasty way to get the most out of your ingredients. This was so refreshing. It would be perfect for a brunch.

    Recipe #231113

My friend Stephanie modified a recipe I gave her, and came up with this fantastically refreshing sangria. It was a hit with everyone. And don't throw away that fruit at the end of the party-save it for "Second Serve Sangria Punch". That recipe is out here, too.

    Recipe #231110

This is a wonderfully satisfying stew. You can make it as spicy as you want. We used no-salt tomatoes, and didn't miss the sodium at all. As a side note, this can also be done on the stove top by pan-frying the turkey in a dutch oven and then adding the ingredients and simmering for at least 30 minutes. Both methods work great. We serve this over brown rice.

    Recipe #192525

We tried this recipe tonight-it was very tasty. For a sweeter soup, use no-salt added tomatoes.

    Recipe #192076

When it's too cold to grill, this makes a fantastic fish dish!

    Recipe #190937

This is a nice change-up to beef stroganoff
