Oh Harry Potter-- what would we do without you? This is a wonderful drink to sip on during a cold winter's day or to help set the mood when you settle down to read and re-read your favorite Harry Potter book. Recipe found online at a Harry Potter fansite. Serving size can easily be scaled up or down.
My mom has made these cookies for Christmas every year of my life-- it wouldn't be the holidays without them! Simply the best sugar cookie recipe I've ever tasted. Make sure to roll the cookies nice and thick so that they bake up light and fluffy! A wonderful, classic recipe that will be in our family for generations.
Peanut butter and chocolate lovers unite! This is a snappy dessert that hardly takes any time or effort. It was born one night when I was craving something delicious and melty, but being a poor college student I found myself with limited ingredients and equipment. I'm so glad that was the case, because this is now one of my favorite desserts! Heck yes! ;)
Deliciously dark brownies thanks to the yummy use of Ghirardelli 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate. This recipe makes moist brownies with a crackly layer of delicious melted chocolate chips in place of frosting-- if you like dark chocolate this is the brownie for you!
Mmmm.... peanut butter and chocolate. Reese's Pieces (E.T.'s favorite!) are the perfect addition to these moist, gooey brownies. Very rich-- these will satisfy the biggest chocolate craving with only one bite.
Delicious pancakes, especially when served with the orange maple syrup. I make mine with medium-pulp orange juice and leave out the zest, but feel free to add the orange zest if you have some on hand! This recipe makes quite a few pancakes, which is good because they disappear quickly. Enjoy!
A chocolate explosion! These are by far the richest, gooeyest brownies I've ever tasted-- they don't last more than a day in my house! The recipe says to bake in a 9X13 in. pan, but I prefer an 8X8 in. dish-- packs a larger chocolate punch because it makes thicker brownies (but you might have to bake longer, depending on how set you like your brownies). Amazing recipe for chocoholics everywhere!
This recipe is perfect for when you want a few pancakes without all the leftovers. To pack even more chocolaty goodness in every bite, I use a combination of mini chocolate chips, semisweet chocolate chunks, and dark chocolate chips-- use any combonation of chocolate you desire! The pancakes are delicious with or without the spread-- I've also had them with Brown Sugar Syrup-- also delicious! Recipe can easily be doubled.
