    Can't recall where I found this recipe (which I've yet to make) but the picture looks so yummy I just had to save it. Servings are approximate depending on the amount of wonton wrappers in a package. The description on the actual recipe read as follows: "Chia seeds make nice eyes, but only if you have the patience to drop them into place with tweezers. Be vigilante once the crackers are in the oven, they go from undercooked to burnt in a flash, so you need to watch them closely. Use a mix of whatever seeds you like. Consider using a the sesame seeds left in the bottom a container of my favorite seed-crusted crackers."

    I got this recipe from another site. It is quick, simple, moist and delicious. I only used 4 apples (6 sliced apples seemed like to much) but next time I make it I will use 6 as recommended. I baked for 60 minutes but the top seemed to need the extra 10 minutes. It came out perfectly.

    This recipe was given to me by my Sister and is a family favorite. My family loves the top-crust so I always double it. If you pat it down 'very hard' with your hands, once refrigerated it becomes very hard and delicious just like a sugar cookie. : ) I recently made this to take to Thanksgiving dinner and wasn't able take a photo of the inside. So, the photo only shows the delicious top crust. : )
