This is comfort food at its best. Of course, any type of potato is comfort food to me. I had made these last night, and we had company over, and one person told me to watch out who I told about these because I would be put in charge of making these for funerals, (and they were the best he has had). I was flattered. I hope you enjoy these!
This is an easy version of cordon blue. If you have never tried to make it before because it sounds intimidating, then you are missing out! This is a really easy way to do it (as most are). I personally think this is a very inexpensive dish!
Kinda like funeral potatoes, but done in your crock pot, part of the time. A great dish for if you need to cook something else in your oven at a different temperature, or you don't want to heat up the kitchen.
Simple, yet delicious meat. This is something I came up with one night when I was craving the usual Mexican flare and had pork on hand. I served it with my Recipe #150134 and a side of corn. Good eats!
This comes from a restaurant that is here in Utah, at least that is where I think it is from. I made it the other night, and it was slightly different from most corn chowders because it didn't use bacon. This is a very mild tasting chowder.
A way to have sloppy dogs that is really addicting. Atleast for my family anyway. :) I usually make the whole thing and use the meat on another day because we cant go through that much ground beef with a family of 4.
