This recipe is a combination of other crock pot rib recipes that I have found and tried. It seems that the key to making them "non greasy" is the two-step process described here. They are a hit at every gathering, and so tender they fall off the bone!

    Recipe #364917

I found this recipe in a newspaper several years ago and have been making it ever since. I don't really know why this is called what it is but it's actually a really delicious relatively low-fat peanut butter pie. It's easy to make in a pinch and is always a crowd pleaser!

    Recipe #335227

We made these bars last-minute for a 4th of July party and they were an absolute hit and SO YUMMY! I love that they are no-bake, so my oven had room for other stuff. We used creamy peanut butter but the recipe permits creamy or chunky. These came from the Penzey's Summer catalog and is the first Penzey's recipe I have made. Yummy!

    Recipe #312940

I can't take credit for this recipe...this comes from the Apron's line of recipes for Publix. I was shopping when they had just started cooking this and the smell drove me crazy. When I finally made it at home, it was ridiculously easy, and the taste was even better than the smell. I am contemplating substituting shrimp for the chicken. If any of you try that please let me know how it turns out!

    Recipe #303776

There are a couple of layered cheesecake recipes on there but this one comes out amazing every time...better than the stuff I get in restaurants. An office mate made this last season and I have made it several times since then. I don't know the source of the recipe but it's a perfect holiday treat!
