Easy, healthy granola bars. Can substitute semi sweet chocolate chips for the milk chocolate, or do half chocolate chips & half peanut butter chips. These hold together fairly nicely and can be frozen. Posting to keep here for safe keeping.
Tasty patty melts made on the stove-top (I just use a regular non-stick skillet, or you could use a grill pan if you have one). If you don't have Dijonnaise- just mix equal parts of Dijon mustard & mayo. Simple & tasty. :) From CL May 2008.
Super flavorful olives! Time does not include overnight marinade time. (Update 12/08: Made this again, and decided that you can safely decrease both the vinegar & oil amounts to 1/4 cup each. This will still be enough liquid to almost cover them. Use whatever amount you'd like as long as they are even amounts. After eating the olives, any extra marinade can be used sprinkled over a salad or fresh tomatoes.)

My husband makes these yummy fish cakes. They have a nice mild fish flavor, lots of spice and a fresh, crisp crunch from the green beans. My favorite fish cakes! (Updated with a few revisions on 4/18/07)
