From Real Simple Magazine. This received a lot of good reviews on their website.

    Recipe #443784

Good comforting banana bread. You may substitute all spelt flour, or half spelt half whole wheat. It's up to you. Slightly modified from a recipe on a blog, and posting here for safe keeping.

    Recipe #369028

Easy, healthy granola bars. Can substitute semi sweet chocolate chips for the milk chocolate, or do half chocolate chips & half peanut butter chips. These hold together fairly nicely and can be frozen. Posting to keep here for safe keeping.

    Recipe #358785

Another hashbrown casserole recipe. My co-worker makes this and its a big hit at the potlucks.

    Recipe #357670

Easy recipe, modified from one I saw in a Penzey's catalog. Good way to use up leftover chicken, or that forgotten bag of egg noodles.

    Recipe #351993

Tasty patty melts made on the stove-top (I just use a regular non-stick skillet, or you could use a grill pan if you have one). If you don't have Dijonnaise- just mix equal parts of Dijon mustard & mayo. Simple & tasty. :) From CL May 2008.

    Recipe #330382

Flavorful, spicy & tangy. From March 2002 CL.

    Recipe #301499

A naturally sweet and tart smoothie to take on your way to work! Stays thick and creamy and won't separate from sitting out. Makes one big smoothie, or two smaller ones to share.

    Recipe #240896

    Recipe #232023

Use a precooked pizza crust with fresh ingredients like spinach and broccoli topped with Feta to create a flavorful vegetarian Greek pizza.

    Recipe #229142

Super flavorful olives! Time does not include overnight marinade time. (Update 12/08: Made this again, and decided that you can safely decrease both the vinegar & oil amounts to 1/4 cup each. This will still be enough liquid to almost cover them. Use whatever amount you'd like as long as they are even amounts. After eating the olives, any extra marinade can be used sprinkled over a salad or fresh tomatoes.)

    Recipe #227405

You'll never buy store bought buns again. These are excellent. Make an extra batch to freeze for future cookouts! First posted on King Arthur Flour site.

    Recipe #219357

This dish, which can be served as a light entree or side dish, develops real zest from a sauce made with fresh cilantro and ginger root.

    Recipe #218348

Creamy avocado, nutty crunchy peanut butter & crispy salty bacon all on bakery fresh bread. A dream sandwich! Originally posted on the BBC food board.

    Recipe #213854

A flavor packed cream cheese crab dip that is lower in fat and calories than most, and cooks in the microwave in minutes! A good appetizer for unexpected guests or when you are craving a yummy snack. Recipe modified from CL.

    Recipe #213849

Garlic stuffed olives wrapped in an easy cheese dough and baked until warm and crisp! A spicy, salty treat! Perfect appetizer or snack.

    Recipe #212704

My husband makes these yummy fish cakes. They have a nice mild fish flavor, lots of spice and a fresh, crisp crunch from the green beans. My favorite fish cakes! (Updated with a few revisions on 4/18/07)

    Recipe #209588

From Gourmet. Tastes like a more flavorful Mimosa due to the white grape and brandy. You can also sub orange if your supermarket does not have tangerine.

    Recipe #202277

Spicy char-grilled shrimp nestled in corn tortillas with a green tomatillo & avocado salsa. From food t.v.

    Recipe #191314

While I've seen similar posted here, have not seen this exact one. Got this from the CLBB a long time ago. They can be made ahead & frozen and are great with honey mustard.
