I love a little spicy and a little sweet. While my husband and son brutalize them selves by eating fire on their wings I enjoy these. I use Tabascos Chipotle hot sauce. You can also add more or less of the hot sauce to suit your own taste.

I saw this recipe prepared by Bobby Flay on "Boy Meets Grill". It is so delicious I wanted to share with everyone.

A delicious dip for your french dip sandwiches. Better Than Bouillon is a brand of soup base its more of a paste. It's found with the bouillon. Just look for a soup base that lists beef as the first ingredient. I do not generally use the granules because we do not care for the flavor as much but you can use them.I would start with 1 tbs. of granules because of the salt content. If you could not find the Better Than Bouillon or a soup base product you could also use a canned beef broth or stock.

A simple yet delicious alfredo sauce. You can use more garlic than the recipe calls for but be careful, you can over power the sauce very easily.

My husband is a avid hunter and we make this sausage every year. We add pork to the venison because the venison has such a low fat content. For the pork we get really fatty looking roast ground at our grocery store. You could also use ground pork found at your local grocery store.

Super easy delicious Roast Beef. We use this as sandwich meat for French dips. I cook it early in the day and put it in the fridge. I pull it out and slice for dinner. You could also use it for a traditional roast beef dinner. The use of eye of round is a must for consistency through the roast.

This recipe has been in my family for years. It is an easier recipe than traditional whoopie pies but a very delicious variation. If batter is making flat cakes add 1-3 T. flour to result in a less sticky and raised cake.
