Pao De Lo (Sponge Cake)
A delicious Portuguese Cake.This golden sponge cake layer appears in its paper wrapper in markets and pastry shops throughout Portugal.

One of my favorites. I love it when it's served right away over ice. Just make sure nto to over power the carrot juice with the beet. Try to use cold veggies it is a big difference in taste if you juice room temp veggies.
I grew up on raw fresh juice and this is one of my favorites. It's good to drink in the winter and in cold and flu season to ward off "bugs" or to help get better from one. It's also good anytime as it's all around good for ya ;) They say drinking fresh juice in the first 7 minutes is the best to really get all the nutrients.
Pieces of Tomato soaked in vinegar and olive oil. Roma tomatoes are firm but I use whatever tomatoes I have on hand. After we eat out the ingredients I just add more tomatoes to the left over dressing. It stays good for wile like this and can save time during Ramadan or busy weeks. Don't use a watery balsamic for this.
