    This is a tweaked recipe from a family friend. It's awesome and makes a huge serving; perfect for potlucks. If not eating immediately, I put the cheese, onion and lettuce in a ziploc bag, the chopped tomatoes in a separate bag and keep the meat warm in a carrier [I like to keep it warm], then I assemble just before time to eat..mixing together and adding chips and dressing. I HATE soggy Dorito taco salad, so this fits the bill. My most requested "bring a dish" recipe!

    A copycat recipe of Friday's yummy sauce, to eat with chicken fingers. Reviews on other sites recommend leaving out the vinegar, as it makes it too runny for dipping, although should likely leave in when using as dressing. While I haven't tried this copycat recipe yet; Friday's Honey Mustard appeals to me because it has more of a honey taste and less mustard. Good for kids.

    Yes, another spinach and artichoke dip recipe! This is my version after trying many different variations. This dip is creamy and easy to dip a chip into, not a hard spread-like consistency. This one has no mayo, and you can substitute fat free items if wanted. I have spared a few calories in my version, without compromising the yummy cheesiness. A favorite around my clan.

    This is my own take on a simple snack mix for preschoolers, but ingredients are the result of mom's late night cravings. Don't measure, it's about 1/2 box of each ceral and 1/2 bag of pretzels. If you like chocolate and peanut butter as much as I do, whip up a batch...some for your kids and some for your desk drawer at work. *** Note: Teddy Grahams should be CHOCOLATEY CHIP instead of Chocolate...waiting for Zaar to add that ingredient.
