This recipe is from Paula Dean's show. I usually make them when I am hosting dinner at home for a few friends. However they are extremely easy to make, so delicious and "healthy". I will be making them for a potluck next.

Mapple Syrup adds a subtle note to naturally sweet coconut and sweet potato; crystallized ginger can be a sophisticated (and delicious) garnish.
I was never crazy for hummus, until my co-worker brought this one over. There was nothing left at the end of the day. So refreshing and light. Just delicious!!! I don't know why is different from the others, maybe the simplicity. You must try!!!
My sister in law gave me this recipe. It is her family since she was little girl. I found a similar here, but not quite the same.
