This is absolutely delicious! When I was a little girl my friend Patty's Mum made this for lunch. Serve it on pumpernickle or caraway rye bread with a garnish of green pepper rings...it makes a wonderful and unique sandwich or a spread when entertaining!
I found a similar fresh, light and tasty salad on another website and it was really delicious! It needs no marinading time and was a refreshing change from the sour cream versions of a cucumber salad.
I served it with Recipe #168258 and it made a delicious dinner!
This is a copycat of Boston Pizza's house dressing which is delicious!!!!
They said theirs contained sun dried tomatoes but it sure looked and tasted like Branston to me. This is now my signature dressing and is delicious on any green salad or vegetable dish!
My partner, Andy, loves potatoes SO much I have nicknamed him 'Spudley'! Potatoes are the ONE thing that he desperately misses on a low carb diet. He LOVED these potatoes and dubbed them 'just beautiful'. Bombay Potatoes are a VERY popular Indian side dish in the UK
This is a wonderful Thai curry. It's a little thicker than the standard red curry recipes which helps it stick better to the noodles or rice. Andy says it's one of the best I've ever made! He had 2 helpings plus my leftovers! If you are in a hurry you could substitute commercial red curry paste, but I like making my own!
This sweet and tangy pork chop recipe is a staple in our house. It's VERY easy to prepare and everyone raves about it! I could eat them for dinner every night!
The salsa mellows when mixed with the other ingredients so do not worry about it being too spicy. It's been a hit with adults and children alike!
I had this meal at a lovely restaurant and then found a similar recipe on a blog. It's TO DIE FOR and could not be easier to make! It would be great to serve to guests or as the main course for a romantic dinner!
It is perfection served with Asparagus and Mashed Potatoes.
