This is a recipe I found in a pile of hand written recipes at my boyfriend's parent's house. Sounds easy and fool proof.....we shall see huh?

    Recipe #133213

I'm always looking for a flourless (or near flourless), crispy coating for chicken and fish. This one has a very intersting flavor that I like.

    Recipe #133195

I love the crunch of the water chestnuts in this. I also like that it is a canned soupless recipe. Hope you enjoy it too.

    Recipe #133193

This dish has simple flavors but really is best served with fresh from the garden tomatoes, it really makes the whole thing special.

    Recipe #133192

This is a great side dish. I have added pecans and everyone loved it. Hope you do too.

    Recipe #133090

This is NOT traditional, nor is it heavy. It's a light, fresh, colorful alternative. I use on sandwiches and tacos. Cooking time is the time it should sit to mingle flavors.

    Recipe #131234

Found this on a blog and it is fabulous and crunchy. You can vary this salad with any seasonal veggie or your favorites. All veggies are optional. You may also use a vinaigrette instead of the dressing I make. I just love the creamy dressing with the crunchy veggies. This will make 2 large meal size salads or 4 side size salads.

    Recipe #131164

This is a tasty, simple recipe to use up the bumper crop of peppers and tomatoes everyone I know is enjoying. This is great alone or you can add it to stews, soups, casseroles or any other dish where it might need some flavor. Add a chopped eggplant or a big chopped onion if you have one. Freezes very well. The recipe says to seed the tomatoes but sometimes if I'm in a hurry I don't.

    Recipe #130783

These have a little heat but are not blow your head off hot. The pepper just adds a new depth of flavor that we found very pleasant.

    Recipe #128813

Here's a light tasty recipe for chicken wings. I love ruby red grapefruits and I hope you do too. These wings are more delicate in flavor but a great compliment to heartier side dishes.

    Recipe #127234

I found this in some random cookbook. One of the best turkey burgers ever. Full of flavor. Make an extra for lunch the next day, reheats beautifully.

    Recipe #126673

I found this on an Indian webpage sans the name. Feel free to add anything to the omelet that you like.

    Recipe #125828

Serve with warm tortillas and flaming hot salsa.

    Recipe #124652

I got this off another site, not sure where. I love grilled asparagus. You should try it. I included marinating time in the prep time.

    Recipe #124597

I love lemon anything and these muffins are delicious. The blackberries in the center turn to a jamish layer and a perfect addition. Hope you like them. I use my large muffin tin pan that holds 6 for this recipe.

    Recipe #123622

This is a really good, I promise. Can be made ahead up until the adding the cheese step.

    Recipe #121787

I'm not sure where I came across this sauce but I've used it on steak, chicken and seafood and everyone loves it.

    Recipe #121779

Goat is a very popular dish amongst the Mexican Americans in my area. This is served at many family get togethers along with grilled cabrito, menudo, tamales and big pots of beans and rice.

    Recipe #121753

I originally got this recipe over 25 years ago when I was in high school and joined Weight Watchers. I had lost it and looked every where for it. Looked in every Weight Watchers cookbook. I bought a tiny community cookbook at a garage sale for a quarter and there it was. This is filling and delicious. The vegetables can be canned, frozen or fresh.

    Recipe #121691

I use this sauce on plain broiled fish or chicken breast or even boiled potatoes. Please do not make this if you are afraid of raw egg. There is a raw egg yolk. I have never had a problem. If you like spicey stuff, use the full amount of cayenne.
