This is my breakfast every morning at work. High in protein, low in fat and calories, high in taste. This is a FANTASTIC and FILLING breakfast for those on the go. I use crumbled goat cheese, but feta or even shredded cheddar or whatever type you like will work great. You will need a microwave. You can also substitute the egg whites (in a carton) as well).
As for the hamsteaks - I use the farmland hamsteaks - thicker than regular ham lunch meat and only 70 cals per slice! (I find these at wally world in the middle of the grocery section where the full hams are located).
As far as storage to work - I just use the small ziplock containers in my lunch bag!
