    Recipe #317639

This is a tasty vegetarian dish. You won't even miss the meat! You can substitute any type of Southwestern-style dressing for the 1000 Island. I slice avocado to serve around the plate. This dish can make a very nice presentation. *The cheese can be left out and a vegan dressing can be used and it will still be delicious!

    Recipe #313243

This pizza is simple and delicious. If you have a Publix Supermarket near you, try the pizza dough from the bakery. You can also try making your own.

    Recipe #313172

    Recipe #313002

Ruggero's is a restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale and this recipe was published in the Sun-Sentinel in 2001. The bread needs to be prepared ahead of time so be sure to plan accordingly.

    Recipe #312999

You can keep this in the refrigerator for a long time and it won't go bad. This is really good on pancakes or as a dip for strawberries!

    Recipe #312589

I came up with this recipe after Dominick had a craving for egg salad and he was pleased. The fresh dill really gives this egg salad great flavor. I used Hellmann's Canola Oil mayonnaise to make it a little healthier. You can also either use regular or dijon mustard (they both work well). Serve as a sandwich on your favorite bread.

    Recipe #297233

Great for parties or small gatherings. I serve this with warm pita and crackers.

    Recipe #290358

I got this recipe from the Epcot Food & Wine Festival. I haven't tried it yet but I thought it sounded good.

    Recipe #290277

These potatoes are delicious. They can be served as a side dish or an entree.

    Recipe #290218

    Recipe #290166

This is a delicious casserole that we came up with after completely doctoring a recipe we had. Enjoy!

    Recipe #289818

This is a Whole Foods Market Recipe I had laying around. It is a healthier version than most pumpkin bread recipes. I use half pecans and half walnuts. I also use almond milk in place of the regular milk. It's not a super sweet bread so just be prepared for that. :)

    Recipe #280639

I made this as a side dish for Thanksgiving this year. Everyone thought it was really good. The nutmeg gave it a unique flavor but you can also omit the nutmeg and try using other spices (rosemary, thyme, sage, etc.) if you like. I also made homemade pie crust. YUM!

    Recipe #268577

Dominick came up with this delicious creation. It was a big hit!
