This is the granola that is always made during a church's youth-group camping trip. I have never made it my self, but it is sooo good. I think it makes 11-12 cups, so the amount of servings is just an estimate.
This bread is surprisingly easy. Unlike some whole wheat breads, this recipe has a soft, tender texture. The original recipe, which comes from the book "Feeding The Whole Family", calls for barley malt or maple syrup where I have used honey. This makes good rolls.
These muffins go away fast whenever we make them. Everybody who has tried them loves them! Recently, we made them, but were low on chocolate chips. We used butterscotch chips instead, and they turned out great!
I don't care too much for squash, but this is the exception! In the summer, we make this recipe probably once a week. You can use any vegetable instead of or in addition to the summer squash in this recipe. We like to use zucchini. The leftovers are good.
