This is my husband's Grandmother's delicious recipe. I've made this with chicken breast, too, but I cut the breast into chunks or strips. Serve with rice or noodles.

From the Atkins website. This turned out really nice and moist. Really easy, too. :)

I use the unused yolks crumbled for topping on a salad, or you can mix with mayo, celery seed, salt, and chives, etc., for a sandwich spread, like a tea sandwich. The time I posted is for using already cooked shrimp and already boiled eggs.

I just threw this together tonight and was really happy with the outcome! And it's another one of those recipes that you can alter to your likes/dislikes and use what you have on-hand.

Kid's love this! It's very easy, especially if you don't have to crush the cereal by hand (or rolling pin). I used to make this when I didn't have a food processor, large or mini. Enjoy!

This is sooo good and easy. I cut the recipe out of a magazine years ago and have no idea which one. This also says "as with most quick breads, this may be frozen in an airtight container for up to 3 months".

What a find! For dietary reasons, using purchased bouillon cubes are not an option for me. This is from Angela Papaiz who contributed to the Brazilian Children's Fund Cookbook. Prep time depends on how fast you chop. LOL I will over estimate on my timing.

I have not made this recipe, but after having been to Brazil a few times, and after having found this recipe in the Brazilian Children's Fund Cookbook (Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center), I had to add this to my recipes. I hope it turns out as good as those I've tried in Brazil!

    Recipe #68293

A delicious salad! This recipe is from the revised Joy of Cooking. Prep time is time to prepare the bacon and eggs and assemble the other ingredients. All that can be done in advance.
