I use the unused yolks crumbled for topping on a salad, or you can mix with mayo, celery seed, salt, and chives, etc., for a sandwich spread, like a tea sandwich. The time I posted is for using already cooked shrimp and already boiled eggs.
This is sooo good and easy. I cut the recipe out of a magazine years ago and have no idea which one. This also says "as with most quick breads, this may be frozen in an airtight container for up to 3 months".
What a find! For dietary reasons, using purchased bouillon cubes are not an option for me. This is from Angela Papaiz who contributed to the Brazilian Children's Fund Cookbook. Prep time depends on how fast you chop. LOL I will over estimate on my timing.
I have not made this recipe, but after having been to Brazil a few times, and after having found this recipe in the Brazilian Children's Fund Cookbook (Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center), I had to add this to my recipes. I hope it turns out as good as those I've tried in Brazil!
