WONDERFUL recipe borrowed from Cooking Light and tweaked a wee bit. This is a light muffin with nice berry flavor and a hint of spice. I used frozen blueberries with excellent results.

    Recipe #440507

ALL credit to JellyQueen & her recipe #95708 for posting the original Glorious Morning Muffins which are absolutely AMAZING! I just made a few tweaks to get a bit more nutritional value into them and wanted to share it as another option.

    Recipe #439251

This is a chilled soup combining some of my FAVORITE flavors...blueberries, peaches, and vanilla. I look for foods that are simple to shop for, prepare, and healthy to eat. Oh and they need to taste AWESOME! I originally saw recipe #430720 for Iced Blueberry-Peach Soup and wanted to make it a bit healthier. So MUCH THANKS to Chef #1365024 for my inspiration!

    Recipe #436786

Good for you and YUMMY whole wheat blueberry muffins that you can enjoy without the guilt. Made solely with whole wheat flour, these muffins deliver not only on taste, but on nutrients such as protein and fiber. I couldn't find whole wheat pastry flour, so I used regular whole wheat flour. I also used 1% organic milk instead of buttermilk. Rather than top these with blueberry spread, I used my father-in-law's homemade peach preserves and they were WONDERFUL!!

    Recipe #432030

Judge a cake by the list of ingredients. How can a cake be truly deeply rich chocolate with only a bit of cocoa? This cake has a depth of flavor that can only come when real chocolate is used in sizeable amounts. Use a higher quality chocolate to further heighten the flavor. This cake is VERY easy to make. Do NOT try to lighten up this cake...it needs the fat in the whole milk and butter to add to the moistness. I originally found this on Epicurious.com but have made a few changes for my own taste. I hope you enjoy this!

    Recipe #224581

WONDERFUL soft & puffy pumpkin cookies topped with a sweet & rich glaze.

    Recipe #193138

WONDERFUL dish everyone in my family loves! This is one of those recipes taht we keep eating long after we're full just because it's so good! Adapted from Mable Hoffman's Potluck cookbook.

    Recipe #190522

Honestly, I'm not a big Martha fan. But a friend got me a free subscription to Martha's magazine. Normally I thumb through it and toss it within 2 or 3 minutes. One month, this recipe on the last page caught my eye. With a title like this, how could I not save it?!?! I just made it today (am actually in the middle of baking as I type) and it is AMAZING! If I had more chocolate, I'd be baking another batch instead of posting this....

    Recipe #190516

WONDERFUL dish everyone in my family LOVES. I got it from Mable Hoffman's Potluck book, and personalized it for my family. I love making this because both DH & I love it, as do our 2 small children!

    Recipe #190153

Absolutely amazed my guests during Yom Kippur Break Fast! WONDERFUL combination/adaptation of #148108 with an apple filling from Marcy Goldman's Jewish baking cookbook. Recipe looks long - but with only one rise, it's QUICK and easy!
