    WONDERFUL recipe borrowed from Cooking Light and tweaked a wee bit. This is a light muffin with nice berry flavor and a hint of spice. I used frozen blueberries with excellent results.

    This is a chilled soup combining some of my FAVORITE flavors...blueberries, peaches, and vanilla. I look for foods that are simple to shop for, prepare, and healthy to eat.     Good for you and YUMMY whole wheat blueberry muffins that you can enjoy without the guilt. Made solely with whole wheat flour, these muffins deliver not only on taste, but on nutrients such as protein and fiber. I couldn't find whole wheat pastry flour, so I used regular whole wheat flour. I also used 1% organic milk instead of buttermilk. Rather than top these with blueberry spread, I used my father-in-law's homemade peach preserves and they were WONDERFUL!!

    Judge a cake by the list of ingredients. How can a cake be truly deeply rich chocolate with only a bit of cocoa? This cake has a depth of flavor that can only come when real chocolate is used in sizeable amounts. Use a higher quality chocolate to further heighten the flavor. This cake is VERY easy to make. Do NOT try to lighten up this needs the fat in the whole milk and butter to add to the moistness. I originally found this on but have made a few changes for my own taste. I hope you enjoy this!

One month, this recipe on the last page caught my eye. With a title like this, how could I not save it?!?! I just made it today (am actually in the middle of baking as I type) and it is AMAZING! If I had more chocolate, I'd be baking another batch instead of posting this....
