    My boyfriend found this recipe on the Food Network website and we tweeked it to our taste. It is low fat, low calorie, low carb and delish!!! It can be made with ground turkey, ground chicken or ground beef. We liked it so much that we've had it a couple nights in a row before. There are never any leftovers!

    I got the main part of this recipe from a magazine and then I added the additional "fixin's" to make it more like a cheeseburger. Each person can add however much or whatever "fixin's" that they prefer. I am sure you could be creative and add whatever you like on your cheeseburger. I hope you enjoy.

    We love sour cream chicken enchiladas so I came up with this recipe and added the cream cheese to make them extra special. The recipe uses flour tortillas but I am sure you could use corn tortillas if that is what you prefer. I cook the chicken breasts by baking or boiling them. I did not add the chicken cook time in the recipe total cook time because I usually either use chicken left over from another meal or prepare in advance and freeze. I usually serve this with mexican rice and quacamole salad with tortilla chips. I hope you enjoy them.

    This is one of our family favorites and I have been making it for many years. I got the recipe from an old Betty Crocker Cookbook and have tweaked it to meet our tastes. We like lots of the Mornay Sauce so I have doubled that part of the recipe. If you like more tomato sauce on the pork you can add more of that too. It can also be prepared in an electric skillet.

    This is a very easy rice pudding recipe. It was one of my favorite treats as a child. When my mother made this I was one happy girl. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. If you don't like raisins you can leave them out as it is just as good without them.

    This dip was given to our family from a friend during the holidays a few years ago. It was absolutely wonderful! The family wanted it all the time after that so my friend was kind enough to share the recipe with me. I've also taken it to work and everyone raved about it. My friend also told me that if you don't care for spinach it is great even without it. We all like it just the way it is. We serve it with tortilla chips but it can also be served with toasted sliced bread.

    This banana pudding is super simple and very, very good. I used to make my banana pudding from scratch and then discovered this pudding. It is by far better tasting, easier and the most requested recipe. You can use name brand or generic ingredients. (The lady who made it the first time I tasted it told me that she only uses generic brands.) I normally only use name brand ingredients when cooking but I was being asked to make it so often for work that it was getting too expensive for me. I switched to generic and noone noticed the difference. Either way it is very yummy. Cooking time is chill time.

    This delicious recipe came from my sister-in-law, just in time for the holidays. It is a great replacement for the traditional pumpkin pie. It is so simple since you use the pumpkin pie mix that already has all the spices in it.

    This was my mother-in-laws recipe. She was a fantastic cook and was probably my main source of instruction when I was learning to cook. After this bread cools I like to wrap it in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator. If you do this you will not have a crispy crust - it will be very moist. Then I like to take a slice off, butter it and pop it into the microwave for a few seconds. Yummy!

    I came up with this recipe by combining the best of a couple recipes I had found in magazines. I do not like to have to deal with bones while eating this so I use chicken tenders. If you prefer dark meat you can use boneless thighs. This is one of my daughter's favorite meals.
