    Braised cauliflower simmered in coconut milk with thai curry. A truly decadent way to enjoy cauliflower. Serve on top of rice or by itself. I recommend freezing any extra curry paste you might have left over; it seems to keep almost indefinitely.

    Lebanese-style green beans were always part of the family dinner table at my grandparents' house. In my opinion, they are a quintessential vegetarian comfort food. They are best served along side something that can sop up the delicious garlicky sauce. I recommend pilaf or mujadarrah.

    This recipe takes inspiration from Moosewood's "Cooks at Home" recipe for Pad Thai. I have made this recipe dozens of times and added my own distinct embellishments to the dish. It's a dish which never fails to excite my wife's palate. Don't be daunted by the ingredient list, once the dish is prepped it takes less than 10 minutes to cook!
