A fantastic spicy-peanuty-limey noodle salad found on the ever-so-great Mean Chef web page. A few steps to follow but so worth it. It's enough to feed a crowd who will certainly devour these delicious noodles! Hooray, Mean Chef!
My mom's spaghetti sauce..... I KNOW it sounds totally odd, but I swear, it is unbelievably delicious! Simple to make using a pressure cooker and is spicy-hot. Enjoy served over thick spaghetti (al dente) with a green salad and a nice glass of wine (although she would probably prefer coffee!)
A really great twist on Mexican beer. We all love lime in a cold cerveza but this recipe brings on a whole new adoration for such a thing. Don't be afraid.... enjoy! (Great with chips and fresh guacamole.)
A really delicious fish dish that makes the most incredible sauce in the world. Absolutely incredible served with couscous--just as recommended by the book, Moosewood Low-Fat Favorites. Light and so, so good.
Ok, the MOST delicious meal in the world. I always splurge and do this with halibut but you can use any firm fish fillet you find. You will not believe how incredible the flavors from this stew are. Savor and enjoy!!!! --Recipe from Moosewood Restaurant Low-Fat Recipes (Note- a few minor changes have been made to the original recipe)
The easiest, YUMMIEST, juiciest, most flavorful roast- EVER!!!
Adapted from the many (what seems like hundreds!) of recipes out there. A mish-mash of sorts, but is by far the most delicious combination yet!
A YUMMY recipe found in Bon-Apetit Magazine (November, 94). It is so rich and delectable and sure to impress your guests! (Even my two year old daughter loves it!) Fantastic served over rice and with steamed asparagus.
