Holy crap- this is THE one!!! After being invited back into the kitchen to watch the main cook of my FAVORITE Mexican restaurant in San Diego (The one on Garnet- no other location will do)- I memorized the recipe and jotted it down. Here it is- eyeballed and delicious every time. This recipe makes an enormous VAT of the stuff, so jar it, freeze it, bottle it, give it away- but be sure to enjoy! Ole!

    Recipe #420444

Always looking for delicious ways to cut back on calories and fat. This recipe fits the bill- and is super tasty!

    Recipe #412613

Recently joined WW and have been on the hunt for savory, satisfying, DELICIOUS meals.... I whipped this up tonight and this sauce fits the bill. Serve over whole wheat pasta and you'll have a delish, quick meal that won't pack on the pounds. ZERO points per serving!!!! Add a cup of whole wheat pasta for only THREE points (wowwweeeee!!!!) and you have a super tasty meal. Enjoy!!

    Recipe #408320

This is a super easy and incredibly delicious dressing that I love to toss onto a salad of fresh greens, toasted walnuts and sliced pears or apples. Add a little crumbled blue cheese and you've got the most amazing salad, ever.

    Recipe #345586

My favorite recipe for delicious Asian dumplings. This is Tyler Florence's recipe, but I like to tweak it to make it my own sometimes... Add minced shitakes, more shrimp and less pork, a dollop of chili paste, scallions- whatever! Enjoy! (I love to use my recipe #312966 for this recipe!) ***In addition to the items below, you will need one package of 24 potsticker wrappers (wonton wrappers also work well) found in the Asian food section of most supermarkets. --Zaar was not recognizing this ingredient so I thought I'd note it here!

    Recipe #322862

My new favorite salad. For those of you who are afraid of beets (like I was until just recently!) this is the salad for you to experiment with.... The earthiness of the beets is balanced soooo nicely by the goat cheese, balsamic and honey. Throw in the avocado and dried fruit and what you have is ridiculous deliciousness!!!! So, so, so darn good. *Original recipe adapted from a recipe found on recipegirl. AND....**Cooking time includes time to roast and cool beets.

    Recipe #319935

A fresh, unique salad that is sooooo incredibly delicious in the summertime when melons are fresh and juicy. VERY interesting ingredients blended together to create utter bliss. Enjoy! (You may omit the pine nuts if you are not crazy about them and substitute jicama- you can also play with the vinegar... try cider vinegar or red wine vinegar for a different twist or use basil rather than mint!) Oh, the possibilities!!!

    Recipe #313955

A perfect sauce for lumpia, potstickers, lettuce wraps, wonton, you name it! The ingredients can be tweaked to your liking, the possibilities are endless!

    Recipe #312966

Unreal recipe from Bon Apetit- June, 08. So easy and so delish. (Only 3 ingredients- can you get any easier???) Great recipe to use as either an appetizer or main dish.

    Recipe #312004

Mmmmmm.... A fantastic sounding recipe from Bon Apetit, June, 08. (I love that this recipe doesn't only rely on the acid from the vinegar- dry white wine adds to the delicious-ness!) *Original recipe states that it is "Even lovelier atop coarsley torn escarole." Yum!

    Recipe #311267

This recipe calls for some of my favorite ingredients.... sesame oil, shitake mushrooms, ghili-garlic sauce just to name a few. Sooooo delish! Original recipe found in June, 08 edition of Bon Apetit.

    Recipe #311113

This exciting recipe is the world-famous, Thomas Keller's version of this fantastic sauce. Recipe found in May-June edition of Veranda magazine.

    Recipe #305788

Pretty much the most amazing flavors on Earth..... I snagged the recipe ingredients to this DIVINE dipping oil from the sommelier at my new favorite restaurant on the planet- Celadon, in Napa Valley. This oil is sooooooo darn good- just grab a fresh crusty baguette and dig in! ***(The ingredients below are not in exact measurements- add a little of this and a little of that until the flavors match your taste. If you make in a larger batch, it tastes even better the next day!)

    Recipe #305691
